Pittsburgh Divorce Lawyer Brian Vertz Teaches Family Tax Law

Pittsburgh divorce lawyer and Pollock Begg Komar Glasser & Vertz LLC Partner Brian C. Vertz will lead an educational program on family tax law for the Massachusetts chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyer’s black-letter-law seminar on September 23, 2016. This course, and other educational programs, including seminars on child custody, executive compensation, and bankruptcy, is intended to prepare AAML fellows to take the national exam.

Brian is an industry thought-leader, prolific speaker and author of the 2016 edition of “Frumkes and Vertz on Divorce Taxation.” He publishes and speaks frequently for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the annual Family Law Update, one of the most-watched family law programs in Pennsylvania. He has written legal education materials on business valuation, tax, child support, executive compensation, equitable distribution and marital settlement agreements and is frequently selected as a speaker for the Pennsylvania Conference of State Trial Judges.
